This week, there will be an Open Enrollment Information session at the George Washington Middle School Library on Thursday, May 11, 3 to 6 p.m.
Come and meet with Human Resources staff and healthcare vendors. Relax and enjoy a seated massage, sample healthy food and learn about “Real Appeal,” a United Healthcare wellness program that promotes healthy diet and physical activity for lasting weight loss.
Representatives from our new dental carrier, Care First, along with Kaiser, United Healthcare, EyeMed and 403(b) and 457 retirement plans will be available to meet with employees. HR staff will be available to help with benefits enrollment online via Employee Self Service (ESS).

Reminders:
- Participation in Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts requires new enrollment each year. You must make your election for each account online via Employee Self-Service (ESS) or submit a paper enrollment form to Human Resources.
- Take a moment to log into ESS, review your current benefits and choose your health insurance benefits for next year, as needed.
- Open Enrollment ends on Wednesday, May 31.
