Reading SOL Toolkit Make and Take
Frustrated that some of your students do not transfer their reading skills to more formal testing? Looking for some alternatives to pumping students through test prep workbooks?
Learn fun and engaging ways you can support your students in grades three through five. By the end of the session, participants will learn two Reading SOL games that they can implement the next day in the classroom and be equipped to use the ACPS SOL Toolkits to support students prior to the SOL Test.
The strategies and games in this session are designed to complement core literacy instruction using the ACPS literacy framework of daily interactive read-aloud/shared reading mini-lessons, small-group differentiated reading lessons, and accountable collaborative and independent practice with feedback. #14209
