ACPS has adopted a new system to manage substitute teachers, replacing Smartfind Express with Frontline.
The new system should make it easier to both request and hire a sub as well as for a substitute teacher to show their availability.
We have been working to get the system ready and will be rolling it out to both staff and substitutes, beginning with Samuel W. Tucker Elementary School in a couple weeks.
There will notices emailed to each individual employee (and all substitutes) in the coming days.
Please note: The invitation you will receive to register for Frontline will expire after six days, so it is important that you act on the invitation and register in that time period.
There is an easy-to-navigate quick reference guide and a basic training video we encourage you to view so you can familiarize yourself with the new program.
Both resources can be found on the ACPS website and on Canvas.
