ACPS wants to hear from you! In keeping with the ACPS 2020 Strategic Plan Goal #3: An Exemplary Staff, ACPS is collecting feedback about the leadership in our schools and at Central Office.
Recently, ACPS leaders received and distributed to staff a letter announcing the 2016-17 Administrator Growth and Assessment System staff survey. Open through February 17, the survey allows all staff the opportunity to provide feedback on their direct supervisor, director or principal. The questionnaire will take about 15 minutes to complete.
To ensure confidentiality each letter contains a unique, single-use access code for each staff member. The code is not connected to the feedback submitted. The confidential feedback obtained in the survey will be shared with the supervisor, director or principal and will be used to determine areas of professional growth and development as part of our effort to develop, support and retain a staff that meets the needs of every student.
If you have already received your code, you can access the survey online from any location at any time through February 17.
If you have not received a letter containing your unique code or if you have questions or concerns, please contact human resources at talentedhelpdesk@acps.k12.edu or call 703-619-8015 between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.
For accommodation assistance in completing the survey, please contact Sandra Hardeman, director of employee relations, at sandra.hardeman@acps.k12.va.us.
