Health Insurance Open Enrollment for 2019-20 begins May 1 and runs through May 31. During Open Enrollment, employees may make changes to their health insurance plans and benefit selections that will go into effect on July 1.
Attend an Information Session
Please mark your calendar and save a date to attend an information session and learn about your options, including changes to offerings, and to get the information you need to choose the benefit plan that is right for you.
- Tuesday, April 30 — 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
T.C. Williams High School King Street Campus Cafeteria - Tuesday, May 7 — 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
George Washington Middle School Cafeteria - Thursday, May 16 — 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Central Office, School Board Room - Wednesday, May 22 — 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

During these information sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to talk with Human Resources staff and benefit plan representatives. You’ll get personalized attention and assistance with questions about benefits and the enrollment process. You can also enjoy a few minutes of a seated massage and sample healthy food and drinks.
Members of the Human Resources team will also be available to help you log in to Employee Self Service (ESS) and make your Open Enrollment elections online.
