The Friends of the Beatley Central Library are offering teachers the chance to pick up free books for their classroom following their annual library sale as a way to say ‘thank you’ for the work you do with our students.
There is an opportunity to select and take – FREE of CHARGE – any books remaining after the 2015 Fall Book Sale, either for your classroom or for your personal use on Monday, November 16 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Charles E. Beatley Central Library, 5005 Duke Street, Alexandria. In past years, hundreds of books have remained after the sale.
Please take along your school ID for admittance.
