Please be advised that June 15, 2022, is the last date for making any changes to your summer payroll (July 15, July 31, August 15 and August 31) for any of the following deductions:
- Federal/State Taxes
- Direct Deposit Accounts
- TSA 403B and 457 contributions
- EAA withholding
- Credit Union Deductions
Please submit any changes to your summer mailing address through ESS or contact HR directly by June 15, 2022, as well.
Any changes to your deductions or mailing address received after June 15, 2022, will be reflected in your first payroll for the new school year 2022-23. If you wish to make any changes to the above deductions effective for the new SY 2022-23, you may submit the new forms to payroll at any time after June 15, 2022. The deadline of June 15, 2022, is only applicable to the pay periods of July and August.
