PLC
Dr. Deborah Childs-Bowen will utilize the data analysis and information from the previous year to plan specific goal focused areas for advancing the PLC outcomes in middle schools for the 2019-20 school year. She visited in August with each leadership team and emphasized the importance of developing a minimum of two types of goals: one at the leadership team level that is driven by the data on PLC teams as well as school wide needs. The second goal focus would be to develop a PLC team level goal that is driven by the data they explore on each team’s effectiveness. Deborah will be visiting teams in November 2019 and March 2020.
