Barre3 workouts are back by popular demand! If you missed out on the last session of free classes, here’s your chance to experience for yourself what the fuss is all about.
You can take advantage of this fun, free workout opportunity after work on Wednesdays beginning April 25 through June 13. Classes will run from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on the third floor of Central Office.
All you need is a water bottle and a yoga mat, if you have one. But come prepared – this is a real cardio workout, not yoga as we know it!
