As ACPS employees, we have the responsibility of providing for the safety and security of not only ourselves and our coworkers, but also the thousands of students that come through our doors every day.
It’s always important that we keep this in mind as we go about our daily business, but in light of recent events in the world, it would serve us well to pay extra care and attention to our surroundings.
While it is impossible to make a complete list of “red flags,” verbal threats and extreme changes in behavior should always be reported. Trust your instincts. The message always goes: If you see something, say something.
