New elementary school boundaries have been approved by the School Board and will be implemented in Fall 2018. In addition, School Board policies affecting whether a student is affected by redistricting or not have been implemented.
It is estimated that the changes will impact 474 students, who will be required to move schools in Fall 2018. This number is lower than the original data as it takes into account the redistricting policy and regulation around phasing-in, siblings and programmatic transfers (Policy JCE & Regulation JCE-R).
To find out if your student is impacted by the redistricting policy changes review the chart below.

In the coming months and throughout next school year, a myriad of transition activities including open houses and “Meet the Principal” nights.
